Administered in partnership with the Transportation Commission, this program has been a crucial part of Bloomington's efforts to enhance its culture of active transportation. It funds initiatives that engage the community and promote education on sustainable transportation.

In the past, winning projects have included a rollator lending program at the Monroe County Public Library, new bike repair equipment for the Bloomington Community Bike Project, a bike maintenance station for Summit Hill Community Land Trust, and a kid's bike club at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington.
