Bludik Von Kreme Dip Resurfaces After 18 Years with Old Music

QUEENS, N.Y. - TelAve -- Bludik Von Kreme Dip Resurfaces After 18 Years with Long-Lost Album "Season of the Bear"
October, 2025 — [Queens, NY] — After nearly two decades of silence, cult favorite band Bludik Von Kreme Dip has announced the long-awaited release of their long-lost album, Season of the Bear. The record, once thought to be gone forever, resurfaces after the original master tapes—missing for 18 years—were miraculously uncovered during a recent FBI investigation.
The disappearance of the master tapes in 2007 led directly to the band's breakup. With no record to release and no way to move forward, Bludik Von Kreme Dip faded from the scene, leaving behind only rumor, legend, and a devoted underground following.
Now, against all odds, the masters have been returned intact. The band is choosing to present Season of the Bear exactly as it was left 18 years ago—unpolished, raw, and urgent.
"This record is a time capsule," said frontman [Chris O]. "We didn't want to touch a thing. It's the sound of who we were the moment everything fell apart."

Guitarist [Justin G] added: "The fact that these tapes survived—through theft, through storage, through whatever madness brought them back—is beyond belief. It feels like the universe wanted this record to live."
Season of the Bear captures the signature sonic blend that made Bludik Von Kreme Dip a cult phenomenon: jagged riffs, hypnotic rhythms, and lyrics that veer between surrealism and raw confession. Fans both old and new will finally hear the album that nearly destroyed—and now has revived—the band.
Bludik Von Kreme Dip will celebrate the release with select reunion shows this fall, marking their first live performances since 2007.
Album Release Date: 9/21/2025
Formats: Digital, Limited-Edition Cassette
Lead Single: "Season of the Bear" – available now on all streaming platforms.
About Bludik Von Kreme Dip
Bludik Von Kreme Dip emerged in the early 2000s with a sound too strange to be boxed in—equal parts art-rock, noise experiment, and visceral punk energy. Their cult following grew rapidly, but the mysterious disappearance of their master tapes for Season of the Bear in 2007 halted their rise and led to their sudden breakup. Now, nearly two decades later, the band returns to finish what they started.
