BNF Technology Partners on Power Generation AX Initiative
TelAve News/10902528
AUSTIN, Texas - TelAve -- HanAra Software, an industrial software provider of data management and predictive maintenance solutions, commends a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by its parent company, BNF Technology, with Korea South-East Power (KOEN), KEPCO KDN, and Doosan Enerbility. Signed May 19 at KOEN's headquarters in South Korea, the agreement supports discovery and establishment of models for Power Generation AX (AI Transformation) through public-private partnership.
Under the MOU, the four organizations will jointly plan new AI projects spanning power plant operation, control, and maintenance; expand technical exchange through seminars and workshops; carry out projects to validate Power Generation AX at generation sites; and share infrastructure including data and testing environments. The collaboration unites KEPCO KDN's energy ICT expertise, KOEN's plant operations know-how, Doosan Enerbility's equipment manufacturing, and BNF Technology's plant software capabilities.
"Power plants generate enormous volumes of operational data every second, but the next step for AI in power generation is not just collecting more data, said Hojoon Seo, CEO of BNF Technology. "It is about turning data into knowledge-aware intelligence that reflects how plants actually operate, how equipment behaves, and how experienced engineers make decisions. Through this partnership, BNF Technology will contribute its real-time data infrastructure, anomaly detection technology, and industrial software expertise to help bring that approach into the field. Together with partners who bring deep expertise in energy ICT, plant operations, and equipment manufacturing, we aim to build practical models that strengthen safety and efficiency in Korea and create a foundation for broader application in the global energy market."
