FORT WORTH, Texas - TelAve -- BOGAN Foundation (Building Our Goals And Needs) has signed a partnership with the City of Fort Worth Parks and Recreation Department. The partnership will bring more sensory-friendly, family-focused programs to neurodivergent youth in the Fort Worth community.

This partnership gives BOGAN a strong local base to build from as it grows its three main areas of work: Literacy, Advocacy, and STEM. More cities and local governments are starting to understand that neurodivergent youth and their families need spaces built with them in mind from the start, not changed later to try to fit them in.

"Parks and rec spaces are often the first places families bring their kids to just be kids," said Clemisha Bogan, Founder and President of BOGAN Foundation. "Partnering with the City of Fort Worth means we can bring sensory-friendly, family-focused programs to places families already know and trust."

The partnership will support community events, including sensory-friendly activities and family resource days, built around what neurodivergent children and their caregivers actually need.

BOGAN Foundation is still in its early stages. The team works remotely and does not have its own building yet. This partnership is a big step forward, showing that strong local partnerships can help BOGAN reach families right where they already are.
