SPRING HILL, Fla. - TelAve -- The planet Eza is a place of profound political and military conflict where opposing super-nations of different races and species have been at each other's throats for hundreds of years. The outcast and decimated Go Alliance, an aquatic species with no place left to flee in the ocean from the evil King Rak, must desperately beg for asylum on land from the terrestrial Ar. The Ar of Teka want little to do with them and the trouble they bring.

The Dictatorship of Koh would like nothing better than to see the Alliance disrupt life in Democratic Teka, and will do anything to both keep the king off balance and further their objectives in trying to break through Teka's previously impenetrable defenses.
