His background includes collaborating closely with owners, facilities, engineering, and real estate teams to support early planning, budgeting, and execution strategies in regulated and mission‑critical settings.

Throughout his career, Keenan has supported manufacturing, R&D, laboratory, and campus environments, as well as capital improvement programs, infrastructure upgrades, and multi‑site portfolios. He is known for his collaborative, front‑end approach—helping clients align scope, schedule, budget, and delivery strategy early in the process to reduce risk and improve outcomes.

Keenan holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Bloomsburg University and maintains multiple professional and safety certifications, including OSHA credentials. He is an active member of industry organizations such as ISPE and NAIOP.
