Butterfly Effects Partners with Salve Regina University for First Clinical Leadership Program
TelAve News/10903678
New post-master's certificate program will support advanced clinical and supervisory development for Butterfly Effects behavior analysts.
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. - TelAve -- Butterfly Effects, a multi-state provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children and families affected by autism, today announced a partnership with Salve Regina University to support employee enrollment in the University's new Post-Master's Certificate in Clinical Leadership in Behavior Analysis. Butterfly Effects clinicians will be part of the program's first cohort.
The partnership gives Butterfly Effects clinicians a dedicated pathway to advanced leadership training, strengthening the clinical and supervisory skills of the Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who support children and families across the company's footprint.
The need for skilled clinical leaders in behavior analysis has never been greater. As demand for services among children and families affected by autism continues to rise, the field requires experienced behavior analysts who can step into supervisory and leadership roles, mentor the next generation of clinicians, and uphold high standards of care. This partnership is designed to help meet that need by developing leaders from within.
"Investing in our clinicians is how we raise the standard of care for the families we serve," said Steve Woolf, PhD, BCBA-D, President of Butterfly Effects. "This partnership with Salve Regina gives our behavior analysts a structured way to grow as clinical leaders, not just as practitioners. Strong leadership at the clinical level is what sustains quality, consistency, and compassion across every program we run."

Newly launched by Salve Regina, the Post-Master's Certificate in Clinical Leadership in Behavior Analysis is designed for practicing behavior analysts seeking to develop the supervisory, organizational, and leadership competencies that complement their clinical expertise. Through the partnership, eligible Butterfly Effects employees can pursue the certificate while continuing in their roles.
"The future of behavior analysis depends not only on developing excellent clinicians but also on preparing high-quality organizational and clinical leaders. Salve Regina University's Post-Master's Certificate in Clinical Leadership in Behavior Analysis was specifically designed to help meet that need by providing behavior analysts with advanced training in leadership, supervision, and organizational effectiveness. Butterfly Effects' commitment to investing in the professional growth of its employees and building leadership capacity within the profession reflects the type of forward-thinking approach I hope to see more providers embrace as our field continues to grow. We are proud to partner with an organization that shares our commitment to ethical practice, clinical excellence, and ensuring that children and families receive the highest quality services possible." — Cody Morris, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA, Associate Professor and Graduate Programs Director of Behavior Analysis, Salve Regina University
The program reflects a shared commitment between the two organizations to advancing the behavior analysis field through education, professional development, and a continued focus on ethical, high-quality clinical leadership.
