Buy-Side M&A Advisor, Erik Records, is spearheading the firm's developments in Southern California and will be supported by Calder's analysts, associates, directors, and leadership team.

Erik joined Calder Capital in 2026 as a Buy-Side M&A Advisor, joining the team with extensive experience across mergers and acquisitions, finance, investments, insurance, and real estate.

"The region is home to an incredible number of driven entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, and investors who are building and growing great companies. Erik earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, with concentrations in Finance, Real Estate, and Law, before going on to earn his Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
