CaptionEdge v1.5.0 ships with the AI Vision Language Model (VLM) packaged inside the app: no first-launch wait, no network required for captioning, and no risk of launch failure due to download issues. The new in-app camera lets users take photos and record videos directly in CaptionEdge with flash control, pinch-to-zoom, front/back camera switch, and video resolution selection. Recorded videos include audio and an on-screen timer; newly taken media saves to the Photos library. The camera is accessible from the caption view for a quick capture-and-caption flow ideal for social creators and memory-keeping.
