CHICAGO ~ Chicago's Department of Water Management has announced plans to repair a water main that supplies the Beverly, Morgan Park, and Auburn Gresham neighborhoods. The repairs are set to begin on Saturday morning and the department is determined to use all available methods to complete the work without having to issue a boil order.

Despite their efforts, the department is cautioning residents of these neighborhoods that there is a slight possibility of a boil order being issued this weekend. In an effort to keep residents informed, the department will be providing updates via text alerts or phone calls as the repairs progress.
