FORT MYERS, Fla. - TelAve -- Fort Myers attorneys Christopher J. Smith and Eve T.K. Volkmann was named to the Florida Super Lawyers – Rising Stars list. This honor is given to those meeting similar requirements as the Super Lawyers recipients with the exception being that honorees must be under age 40 and have practiced law for less than 10 years.

Volkmann joined the firm in 2019 after distinguishing herself in law school, ranking fourth in her class at Ave Maria School of Law.
