Pikes Peak ~ Pikes Peak – America's Mountain has made history by earning a Guinness World Records title for the most people simultaneously dunking doughnuts into coffee. The record-setting event took place on Saturday at the summit, with 285 participants taking part in the attempt.
The event was held as part of Colorado's 150th anniversary celebration and brought together visitors from across the region to celebrate one of Pikes Peak – America's Mountain's most well-known traditions – the world-famous Summit Visitor Center doughnuts. The attempt was confirmed by Guinness World Records officials after all participants successfully dunked their doughnuts into coffee, setting a new world record.

Interim manager of Pikes Peak – America's Mountain, Sarah Braun, expressed her excitement about the achievement, stating that it reflects what makes the mountain so special.
