Colorado Springs: Public invited to comment on 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER)

~ The City of Colorado Springs is seeking public input on their 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER), which will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The report outlines the city's activities and performance in regards to housing and community development for the program year of April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
The draft of the 2025 CAPER will be available for review from June 2 to June 16, 2026 on the Housing and Homelessness Response Department's Annual Reports webpage. Physical copies can also be obtained at the Office of the City Clerk during normal business hours.
Individuals, groups, or agencies are encouraged to submit comments on the report in writing or by phone to the Housing and Homelessness Response Department. Comments can be sent to their office at 30 S. Nevada Ave., Suite 701, Colorado Springs, CO, 80903 or via email at HousingAndHomelessnessResponse.SMB@ColoradoSprings.gov. They can also call (719) 385-5912 to provide feedback. All comments must be received by June 16, 2026 in order to be considered by the department.
