Byrne brings more than a decade of experience in people strategy, leadership development, and organizational growth across consulting and private equity organizations. "As RAIN Group continues to grow, our people and culture function is evolving to be a more strategic driver of the business," said Scott McDonald, CEO of RAIN Group.
