Cubo Nottingham Reaches 100% Occupancy At Standard Court
TelAve News/10885466
NOTTINGHAM, U.K. - TelAve -- Cubo, one of the UK's fastest-growing flex office operators, has announced that its Nottingham location at Standard Court has reached full occupancy - the sixth Cubo site nationally to reach this milestone.
Situated within the Royal Standard Place development, close to The Park Estate and Nottingham city centre, Standard Court features 50,000 sq. ft of office accommodation, with 630 desks across four floors, complemented by external community areas and elevated views across the city.
Formerly the headquarters of Nottingham General Hospital, Cubo acquired the building in April 2023 and carried out a comprehensive refurbishment to transform it into a contemporary lifestyle-led workspace.
The building integrates wellness into the working environment, including access to a fully equipped on-site gym.
Other amenities include 24/7 access, spacious communal areas, private workspaces, breakout zones, meeting rooms, fully equipped kitchens, and a secure underground car park.

Members also enjoy a barista service, complimentary beer and fizz on tap, and a calendar of free networking and community events. Access to coworking spaces across all Cubo locations nationwide is included.
Standard Court has quickly established itself as a thriving hub for innovation and collaboration, offering a lifestyle-led workspace experience.
It is now home to a diverse mix of occupiers, including leading barristers' chambers St Ives Chambers, national accountancy and advisory firm Dains, digital marketing agency Adtrak, and leading property services company JLL.
Standard Court is Cubo's second Nottingham site and follows the success of Fenchurch House on Fenchurch Street, which opened in October 2020 and continues to perform strongly.
Commenting on the milestone, Marc Brough, CEO and Founder of Cubo, said:
"Standard Court is the most impressive office building in Nottingham and reaching full occupancy highlights the continued demand for Cubo's premium flexible workspace offering.

"Businesses and entrepreneurs are drawn here by its unbeatable location, local amenities, and the sheer quality of the space. It has a real presence on the city's skyline.
"Nottingham is a key city for us, and we're proud to support businesses with inspiring, flexible spaces that prioritise experience and community."
Cubo was founded by property investors Marc and Becky Brough and has rapidly established itself as the UK's leading provider of high-end flex office and co-working space with locations in cities including Manchester, London, Leeds, Birmingham, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Newcastle.
It continues to transform the traditional serviced office model, providing an experience-led lifestyle offer to meet the changing needs of businesses - from hot desking to a designated desk, private office, or entire floor, all available on flexible terms.
This approach has made Cubo the location of choice for a growing number of SMEs, tech firms, and corporate companies seeking the best Grade A space in their cities.
