BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. - TelAve -- Curran Young Construction officially broke ground on The Arwyn, a major redevelopment project in Fort Myers, Fla., that will transform an aging 172-unit community into 230 modern apartment homes designed to meet the growing need for affordable housing in Southwest Florida.

The project will feature three residential buildings and a robust amenity package, including a dog park, community gardens, two covered pavilions, outdoor grilling areas, and a 4,396-square-foot clubhouse.
