Dallas Founder Drops Compliance App Pricing to Lowest in Its Category, Launches Done-For-You Service
TelAve News/10911163
SubcontractorProof tracks subcontractor insurance certificates and licenses from $9.99 a month; the new Managed service handles the paperwork for general contractors and a one-time Compliance Cleanup Week organizes an existing backlog for $499.
DALLAS - TelAve -- Lanawrai Holdings LLC today announced new pricing for SubcontractorProof, its iPhone app that helps general contractors track subcontractor insurance certificates and licenses. Effective November 5, plans start at $9.99 per month — the lowest published price in the subcontractor compliance category. The best-known competing tool, COI Tracker, charges $29 per month for certificate tracking alone.
SubcontractorProof keeps every subcontractor's insurance certificates (COIs) and licenses in one place, with their expiry dates, and shows each sub's status — current, expiring soon, or lapsed — at a glance. It also records site check-ins with photos and signed daily reports. The app is built entirely on Apple's technology: records live in the contractor's own private iCloud, with no outside servers and no separate account to create.

New monthly pricing, per company:
- Team 5 — up to 5 subs: $9.99/month
- Team 8 — up to 8 subs: $14.99/month
- Team 15 — up to 15 subs: $19.99/month
- Team 25 — up to 25 subs: $24.99/month
Every plan includes the full app — certificates, licenses, photo check-ins, and signed daily reports. Yearly plans save $50 or more versus paying monthly — and to get that discount, you pay for the whole year up front.
The company also announced two services for contractors who would rather not manage the paperwork at all. SubcontractorProof Managed is a done-for-you service: Lanawrai loads a contractor's subs' documents, watches every expiry, chases renewals, and sends a monthly who's-current report — $299 per month for up to 50 subs ($499 for up to 120), month-to-month. If a tracked expiry slips, that month is free. Compliance Cleanup Week is a one-time $499 engagement (up to 50 subs) that organizes an existing backlog of certificates and licenses and delivers a per-sub status report within five business days of receiving the files.

"A five-person general contractor carries the same liability as a big firm when a sub's insurance lapses, with none of the office staff," said Benny Lee Daniel III, founder of Lanawrai Holdings LLC. "So the price had to stop being a decision. And for contractors who still don't have the hours, Managed means the paperwork is our job, not theirs."
SubcontractorProof is available now on the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6807667207 — The Managed and Cleanup services are sold directly, billed by invoice, through lanawraiholdings.com.
