LAWNDALE, CA – April 23, 2025 – The Department of Justice has released a previously sealed document concerning the dismissal of charges against MEDICAL LEGAL EVALUATORS and SAFETY WORKS, companies owned by Dr. Stephen Andrew Stepaniuk.
