LOS ANGELES - TelAve -- LOS ANGELES, CA — The Electric Moon Foundation (EMF) has been awarded a grant from the Les Paul Foundation to support its 12-week Music & Arts Program serving at-risk youth living in transitional housing. The funding will allow EMF to expand its mission of providing progressive, trauma-informed music education to young people facing housing instability. Through free classes, one-on-one mentorship, live performance opportunities, and therapeutic arts support, EMF uses music as a pathway to healing, confidence, and self-expression. Ninety percent of participating students receive a cost-free instrument to keep, empowering them to continue their musical journey long after the program concludes.

The Les Paul Foundation recognizes the meaningful impact of Electric Moon Foundation's work and is partnering with EMF to bring the healing power of music to some of Los Angeles's most vulnerable youth.

Founded in 2022 by award-winning musician and artist Brent A. Nuffer, the EMF brings music and the arts to children and teens experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity.
