Zitko has overseen multi-region senior living portfolios totaling more than 10,000 units. At a national provider, she doubled monthly move-ins across multiple regions in under a year and led individual community occupancy gains of up to 43 percentage points. Known in the industry as "occupancy doctors," she and Kelly have a track record of driving double-digit net growth within the first 60 days—proving their ability to quickly diagnose challenges and deliver results where it matters most.

Kelly, who has held sales and marketing leadership roles at Senior Lifestyle, StoneMor, and Anthology, is known for her transparency, team development skills, and measurable results.
