The platform's sensitive AI algorithms are causing frustration, locking users out for no apparent reason. "I've been locked out several times a day for doing nothing wrong," says one Franklin Lakes user. "We need to let Meta know we won't tolerate this anymore. If they don't fix their algorithm, I and many others will close our accounts."

Growing Frustration: "We're Out of Patience"

Constant lockouts are driving users to the brink. Facebook's AI is flagging harmless actions—liking posts, scrolling feeds, sending friend requests—as suspicious, causing accounts to be unfairly locked. Worse, getting help is nearly impossible for most users.

"Unless you're a business user, it's almost impossible to reach someone at Facebook," explains a Franklin Lakes business owner. "Even as a business user, I was told the algorithm is just 'sensitive.' They admitted there's a problem but offered no real solution."
