Stream's inbound SIP trunk connects external VoIP calls directly into Stream-powered calls via the Stream SIP bridge. Setup is straightforward:

• Create a trunk in the Stream dashboard using a phone number from Twilio or Telnyx
• Define routing rules — either fixed (all calls land in one Stream call) or dynamic (unique call IDs generated per call using templates)
• Authenticate securely using SIP credentials managed directly in the Stream dashboard
