Florida: MEMORANDUM: Flags at Half-Staff in Honor of Naval Air Station Pensacola Remembrance Day

~ Governor Ron DeSantis has declared that flags will be flown at half-staff on Saturday, December 6, 2025, in honor of Naval Air Station Pensacola Remembrance Day. This decision comes as a mark of respect for the three U.S. Navy sailors who lost their lives and others who were injured in a terrorist attack on December 6, 2019. The Proclamation, signed by Governor DeSantis, directs all local and state buildings, installations, and grounds throughout the State of Florida to lower their flags from sunrise to sunset on this day.
