NEW YORK - TelAve -- FoodNiche-ED, an education technology company advancing science and nutrition education, today announced the launch of the FoodNiche-ED Innovation Showcase (A National Student Science, Nutrition & Health Innovation Showcase), premiering on May 26, 2026, in New York City.

The FoodNiche-ED Innovation Showcase is a national, student-centered culminating event open exclusively to FoodNiche-ED participating schools, designed to spotlight how science education can be transformed when connected to real-world experiences.

The showcase brings together student teams from across the country to present inquiry-driven projects that demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Students proffer solutions to real world challenges such as sustainability, food health challenges, food waste and food insecurity.

At the core of the showcase is FoodNiche-ED's mission to support teachers in driving student engagement and interest in the sciences, while equipping students with the skills needed to become the next generation of innovators and changemakers.

FoodNiche-ED provides participating schools with technology-enabled resources, curriculum-aligned content, and project-based learning opportunities that help teachers integrate science, nutrition, and health into their classrooms without adding instructional burden.
