HOUSTON - TelAve -- On Sunday, February 15, 2026, faith and civic leadership converged at New Covenant Christian Church in Houston as Shepherd's Watch International Fellowship (SWIF) formally inaugurated its Ecumenical Council of Bishops during a sacred Service of Installation. Presided over by Bishop Bill Hines Jr., the ceremony elevated seasoned pastors to the office of Bishop and affirmed their charge to uphold ethical leadership, accountable governance, and spiritual oversight.

Distinguished civic leaders and members of the judiciary were present in support of the Fellowship's mission.
