Vacaville-based faith nonprofit launches nationwide church mobilization initiative to support foster and adoptive families
VACAVILLE, Calif. - TelAve -- VACAVILLE, CA, September 14, 2026 -- Tiny Heartbeat Ministries Inc., operating as Foster Hope Family, today announced the launch of a nationwide church mobilization initiative designed to equip local congregations with the tools, training, and community needed to support foster and adoptive families across the United States.
With approximately 330,000 children currently in U.S. foster care, the need for compassionate, organized church engagement has never been greater. Foster Hope Family provides pastors, church leaders, and ministry teams with everything they need to launch and sustain a thriving foster care ministry — from sermon series and small group curricula to family support programs and community advocacy resources.
"The church is uniquely positioned to be the answer to the foster care crisis," said Scott Tuttle, President of Foster Hope Family. "We exist to make it easy for any congregation, regardless of size or resources, to wrap their arms around foster and adoptive families in their community."
