CONCORD, Ontario - TelAve -- Fourwinds Construction Inc., a fully licensed and unionized site servicing contractor based in Concord, marks over 30 years supporting commercial, industrial, and municipal road work projects across the GTA and Southern Ontario.
Founded in 1987 as a residential concrete and drain company, Fourwinds steadily expanded into sewer, watermain, and municipal infrastructure work. Key milestones include entering public sewer and watermain projects by 1999, expanding into municipal connections in 2001, and completing its first road work project in Vaughan in 2005.

Today, the company specializes in storm and sanitary sewer, watermain installation, and municipal road work, with expertise in open cut systems and a fleet of 30+ heavy equipment units. Fourwinds emphasizes on-time, on-budget delivery through hands-on project management and strong communication.
