4th Annual Tech Talent Summit & Startup World Cup AZ Proves Phoenix Ecosystem Has Reached Critical Mass—PayPal Veterans, Venmo Architect, and Phoenix Suns Leadership Converge November 6-7th

PHOENIX - TelAve -- For two days in November, Phoenix will become America's most accessible tech ecosystem—where a software engineer can land their next role in the morning and watch a founder pitch investors in the afternoon, all under one roof.

The 4th Annual Tech Talent Summit & Startup World Cup AZ (November 6–7, 2025, at Player15 HQ) brings together what was previously fragmented across the Valley: 300+ open tech positions, active venture capital, startup founders competing for funding, and industry operators—all converging in downtown Phoenix.

Anchored by the City of Phoenix and sponsored by Salt River Project (SRP), Auxilia Wealth Management, and VensureHR, the event has sold out three consecutive years and expects over 500 attendees in 2025.

The Convergence

"Phoenix's tech ecosystem has matured to the point where founders, funders, and talent can all find what they need in one place," said Daniela Santangelo, CEO of Freeway Phx & Media Lead.

Phoenix's Tech Advantage

Phoenix hosts major technology employers including Boeing, Raytheon, and Honeywell, along with Mayo Clinic and Arizona State University research programs. Phoenix-area tech valuations exceed $2.8 billion with 13.4% growth in tech jobs, projected to reach $10 billion by 2027.

$40 gets you 2-day access at Player15 HQ, thanks to the Player15 Group (Mat Ishbia, Phoenix Suns Owner)—contrasting typical conferences charging $500-2,000+.

"Phoenix isn't chasing Silicon Valley's playbook—we're writing our own," said Santangelo.
