FULFILLMENT FUND PARTNERS WITH ASCENTUP AND CAREERSPRING

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 12, 2024 ~ Los Angeles-based organization, Fulfillment Fund, has recently announced a new partnership with national organizations AscentUP and CareerSpring. This collaboration aims to provide students from educationally and economically under-resourced communities with the necessary resources and support to make college a reality.

The partnership comes at a significant time for Fulfillment Fund, as they have also appointed Amy Grat as their new Chief Executive Officer. Grat's extensive background in career education and youth development aligns with the organization's mission to help students access higher education and prepare for their future careers. She is passionate about creating opportunities for student success and believes that partnering with like-minded organizations will further advance this mission.

"We're excited to partner with AscentUP and CareerSpring to enhance our Career Readiness programming," says Grat. "These collaborations will broaden our reach and provide students and recent grads with the tools and experiences needed to bridge the gap between college and their first career-building job."

AscentUP, a student success company, offers professional development training and wrap-around support to help learners build confidence, develop new skills, and jumpstart their dream careers. Their 50 hours of asynchronous career readiness training, specifically designed for Gen Z students, along with customized 1x1 and group coaching experiences will be available to Fulfillment Fund learners.

CareerSpring is another national organization that has joined forces with Fulfillment Fund. Their goal is to empower first-generation or low-income students by providing them with career information, development skills, professional networks, and employment opportunities through a free technology platform.

This joint partnership between Fulfillment Fund, AscentUP, and CareerSpring will benefit students until 2025. By connecting first-generation, low-income students with professionals across various industries, they hope to provide them with career exposure, networking skills, and social capital needed to pursue meaningful careers.
