Goodwill Southwest Florida opens new Punta Gorda Outlet Express

PUNTA GORDA, Fla. - TelAve -- Goodwill Southwest Florida will celebrate the grand opening of its new Punta Gorda Outlet Express on Tuesday, Sept. 8, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 8:45 a.m.
The new Outlet Express, located at 3415 Tamiami Trail, occupies the former site of the Punta Gorda Goodwill retail store.
In late July, Goodwill relocated its Punta Gorda store to Seminole Plaza, adding more than 4,000 square feet of retail space while improving parking and donation access for customers and donors.
The former store location has been closed for renovations since the opening of the new Seminole Plaza store, located at 10175 Tamiami Trail, Punta Gorda. As an Outlet Express, the location will offer clothing, housewares, linens and other donated goods sold by the pound.
