~ In a recent fireside chat at the Texas Association of Business (TAB) Summit, Governor Greg Abbott praised Texas' economy as a blueprint for America's future economic success. The event, titled "Texas Dynamism and the Next Economic Frontier," highlighted the state's leading role in job creation and its attractive business environment.

During the discussion moderated by TAB President and CEO Glenn Hamer, Governor Abbott emphasized that Texas' economy is thriving due to its reasonable and predictable regulatory environment, lack of state income tax, and young and diverse workforce. He also pointed out the significant investments made by technology and artificial intelligence (AI) companies, solidifying Texas as a hub for AI development.

Last week, Governor Abbott joined Google to announce the company's $40 billion investment in Texas as part of their "Investing in America" initiative. This further cements Texas' position as a leader in innovation and technology.
