In Arizona, there are over 60 Departments, Agencies, Boards, and Commissions offering more than 300 programs designed to protect consumers' health, safety, and wellbeing. This website is a one-stop shop for these consumer protection resources and many other state services.

Built using Google's Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, FindServices.az.gov advances Governor Hobbs' commitment to implementing cutting-edge, citizen-centric technology to make government run more efficiently and effectively.

The mobile-friendly bilingual website allows Arizonans to search for programs and services in plain language, asking questions as they naturally would rather than guessing rigid search terms. To use the site, a person does not need to know whether a service exists or what it is called.

By searching "find a babysitter" or "help with groceries," Arizonans can locate state services designed to assist with those topics. The search tool can also help Arizonans quickly access information like the hours of the nearest MVD office and step-by-step instructions on how to apply for a contractor's license.

In addition to the search functionality, the homepage features intuitive categories that allow users to find how and where to file complaints, check regulations, and investigate business licenses in a single click. A dedicated "Report Fraud" module serves as a direct pipeline for routing citizen reports of fraud, waste, and abuse to the appropriate enforcement authorities.
