This full-day professional development event will be held in Edmonton on October 7th, 2025, and Calgary on October 8th, 2025, providing Alberta's mental health professionals with essential legal knowledge tailored to clinical practice.

The workshop is led by Robert Solomon, a Professor of Law and leading legal authority on mental health issues. Attendees will gain practical insights into client confidentiality, informed consent, record keeping, duty to report, and managing legal risk in therapy and counselling settings.
