MARICOPA, Ariz. - TelAve -- Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall LLP (JKW) announces that Hillary Gagnon has joined the firm's Estate Planning, Trust, Probate and Administrative law practice in the firm's Phoenix office as a partner.
A certified specialist in estate and probate law by the State Bar of Arizona, Hillary focuses her practice exclusively on probate, trust and estate matters in Arizona. She advises clients on estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships, as well as throughout litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.
Hillary has extensive experience in guardianship and conservatorship matters involving vulnerable adults, incapacity issues, and complex family dynamics. She represents fiduciaries and family members in uncontested guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, including matters involving appointment of a guardian and conservator and on-going financial management and healthcare decision-making. Since 2011, she has served as court-appointed counsel and guardian ad litem for the Maricopa County Superior Court.

In addition to her legal practice, Hillary serves as a mediator for contested probate and trust disputes. Drawing on her experience as a settlement conference judge pro tempore and her work in complex probate, trust, estate, guardianship and conservatorship matters, she helps parties evaluate their positions, identify practical paths to resolution and reach informed, workable and creative settlement solutions.
Hillary is active with several legal organizations, including the State Bar of Arizona's Probate and Trust Executive Council and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is recognized annually as a top lawyer in Arizona in Trust and Estate Law and Litigation by Best Lawyers® in America and Southwest Super Lawyers.
