BANGOR, Maine - TelAve -- Home Grown Fuels, Inc. has secured U.S. patent protection for its proprietary Forever Chemical Containment Barrier, a scalable infrastructure solution designed to stop the spread of PFAS contamination.

At the core of the patented system is a specially designed geotextile engineered to capture PFAS from soil and water — creating a multi-pathway containment solution for one of today's most urgent environmental threats.

PFAS — commonly known as "forever chemicals" — have become one of the fastest-growing environmental and regulatory challenges in the United States. With federal and state enforcement tightening, municipalities and industrial operators are under increasing pressure to contain contaminated environments and prevent further migration.

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has officially recorded the patent assignment to Home Grown Fuels, strengthening the company's intellectual property position as it advances toward commercialization.
