HyAlto partners with ConnectWise for private cloud billing usage
TelAve News/10597549
First native integration automates and streamlines billing usage for VMware, Veeam services
OTTAWA - TelAve -- HyAlto (www.hyalto.com), the leading cloud monetization platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), has launched a new integration with ConnectWise, a software company that offers technology solution providers the industry's most popular platform for operating an As-a-Service business.
HyAlto's certified integration offers ConnectWise Manage users powerful new capabilities to streamline and optimize their customer billing through automation.
HyAlto removes the complexities and inefficiencies related to back-office billing of private cloud infrastructure for MSPs and CSPs. With a single interface to monetize VMware and Veeam services, HyAlto's platform enables service providers to focus on growing their core IaaS business cost effectively.
With HyAlto, ConnectWise Manage users that deliver services from VMware and/or Veeam gain a powerful and easy way to eliminate time-consuming manual billing and usage monitoring processes. HyAlto can automatically populate ConnectWise Manage with all of the VMware and Veeam usage information for each one of a service provider's clients.

This dramatically reduces the risk of error in the back office, boosts accuracy to ensure clients are billed only for what they use, cuts costs, and frees valuable technical resources to focus more of their time where it should be – on client-facing activities that will grow revenue.
"HyAlto and ConnectWise share a common vision to help MSPs and CSPs be successful," said Alan Zurakowski, CEO of HyAlto. "This is our first native integration with a third-party billing system and we look forward to working together to solve the most acute pain points for technology service providers as they seek to grow their businesses in a multi-cloud world. Stay tuned – we will be announcing more integrations in the months to come."
"HyAlto, like ConnectWise, believes in an open ecosystem, the power of choice and providing a single-pane-of-glass view for technology service providers, which makes it an excellent addition to our partner program," said Travis Vigneau, Director of Solution Partner Strategy for ConnectWise.
