Introducing the 2026 NABB MCP & Headless Readiness Scorecard for HRTech
TelAve News/10900451
The first independent rating of how ready HRTech vendors are for the agentic economy. Read. Write. Act.
HAMMERSMITH, U.K. - TelAve -- Not a Black Box, Inc. (NABB) today launched the 2026 NABB MCP & Headless Readiness Scorecard for HRTech, the first independent, public rating of how prepared HR technology vendors are to be operated by AI agents rather than humans. The Scorecard grades 40+ vendors across seven dimensions, from API quality to audit and governance.
The question the industry keeps asking is which HRTech vendor has the best AI features. That is the wrong question. The right one: when an agent shows up at 2 a.m. on a Tuesday and tries to actually do the work, source the candidate, move the stage, approve the request, run the performance cycle, can the vendor handle it? Safely. With audit. Without a human holding the keyboard.
What we're announcing
The 2026 NABB Scorecard grades 40+ HRTech vendors on seven dimensions, with letter grades from A+ to F.
The seven dimensions
NABB pulled from SaaStr's six-criteria API rubric, layered on what it has learned running deep agents inside ATSs and HRISs every day, and added the dimensions that matter when you're building the policy and audit layer for autonomous talent work.

Why we're publishing this
The current discourse is vendor marketing dressed up as analysis.
Not a Black Box is building TalentClaw OS, a fully agentic Talent Operating System. The whole bet is that the future ATS is not a database with workflow screens; it's a governed execution layer for deep agents. The claws ARE the system. Humans approve, intervene, override. They don't push candidates through forms.
What's next
The age of choosing your HRTech because of what the recruiter sees on screen is ending. The age of choosing it because of what the agent can safely do has already started.
The scoreboard is open.
