IT Wes Launches Managed IT for Tucson Small Offices, Starting at $75 per Computer

The month-to-month Care Plan for Business serves offices with 1 to 15 computers and starts with a free assessment.
TUCSON, Ariz. - TelAve -- TUCSON, Arizona. IT Wes LLC has launched the IT Wes Care Plan for Business, a managed IT service for Tucson offices with 1 to 15 computers. The plan starts at $75 per computer per month, runs month to month with no contract, and begins with a free assessment visit.
The service is built for small offices where IT is handled by whoever has a free minute, or by nobody at all. Covered computers get monitoring and managed updates, including security patches, plus enhanced endpoint protection. The plan also covers Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, setup for new staff and clean offboarding when someone leaves, firewall and network management, vendor coordination, and regular check-ins.

Each covered computer adds 30 minutes of support to a monthly pool the whole office shares, used remotely when possible and on-site when needed. A five-computer office gets two and a half hours a month. Unused time does not roll over, and additional on-site time is 10% off the company's standard business rate.
IT Wes publishes the starting price on its website instead of holding it for a sales call. "We would rather you know where you stand before you ever pick up the phone," said founder Wesley Schaeppi. Onboarding is quoted by office size and capped at $40 per computer, servers are quoted separately, and backup and password management are available as add-ons.
For offices that already have an IT person, the company offers co-managed IT, taking routine upkeep off that person's plate and covering vacations and sick days. The plan also supports medical and dental practices working to meet the security requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

The free assessment visit includes a device inventory, a look at the office's current security, and any major red flags. "A good fit matters more to us than signing every office we meet," Schaeppi said.
Details and pricing are available at https://itwes.com/managed-it-services-tucson/
Offices that want a head start can take the free Small Business Security Checkup at https://itwes.com/security-analyzer/
Schaeppi began as a computer repair technician, went on to manage Smart Parts PC, and spent four years as Director of Operations at a managed IT provider.
IT Wes LLC provides computer and IT support for homes, remote workers, and small businesses across Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, and Catalina Foothills, with remote support available throughout the United States.
