"One Halloween" chases a feeling rather than a sound: the specific, shifting experience of being a kid on Halloween, where the mood of the day never holds still for long. The EP's three tracks move through three distinct genres to match.

"Wait Until Dark" captures Halloween morning, the electric restlessness of being dressed and ready before the sun's even up, forced to sit through a full day of school while something unseen seems to be waiting right alongside you.

"Trick or Treat" is the release, the night itself, costumes, candy, and pure sugar-rush chaos, built as a new wave, surf-inspired rush of a song for the best few hours of the year.

"Beware the Great Pumpkin" is what comes after the porch lights go dark, the abstract, unsettled side of Halloween nobody sees because they're supposed to be asleep for it.
