K9 Technology President Files a Lawsuit Against Google LLC
TelAve News/10852118
Simon Raban, K9 Technology LLC president and founder, filed a lawsuit in a Pennsylvania district court against Google LLC for violating their own service Terms and Conditions (Agreement) by refusing to credit K9 Technology for erroneous and incorrect search advertising clicks (i.e., Billing).
CHESTER SPRINGS, Pa. - TelAve -- Simon Raban founded the K9 Technology LLC that offers the most innovative property security services based on sophisticated AI video surveillance technology combined with highly trained protection canines in 2024. Mr. Raban counted on Google search advertisement to promote K9 Technology's solutions and services.
As Google controls 90 percent of the Internet search market, our company focused on Google Search advertising. To our great surprise, we quickly discovered that Google over counts ad clicks by over 70 percent! Google even documented the possibility of over-charging customers in its Terms & Conditions but promised to refund the overages once reported. Google, however, refused to acknowledge these various billing errors and refused to refund the overages.

As this practice makes it unaffordable for K9 Technology LLC to effectively promote our services, we were forced to file a lawsuit against Google in the local district court (Pennsylvania District Court MDJ-15-3-01 Docket No. MJ-15301-CV-00003290-2024). As of the publishing of this press release, the court scheduled to hear this civil complaint on February 18th, 2025, at 10:30am.
We feel that we fight for thousands of small businesses like ours that are routinely overcharged by Google. Google is taking advantage of its monopolistic position in the marketplace to overcharge businesses for Internet search advertising while refusing to provide relief as per its own agreement.
Please contact K9 Technology for more information regarding this important lawsuit. We welcome the public and the free press to attend the court hearing.
