LOS ANGELES, CA — LA Loc & Crown, a Black-owned cultural brand dedicated to celebrating locs, natural hair, and creative entrepreneurship, announces its upcoming community event taking place on Friday, February 28, 2026, in the heart of Leimert Park, Los Angeles.
The LA Loc & Crown event will bring together natural hair creatives, small businesses, artists, and community members for an afternoon rooted in culture, connection, and celebration. Designed as both a social gathering and creative showcase, the event highlights the beauty, versatility, and cultural significance of locs and natural hair within the Black community.
Founded by Los Angeles entrepreneur Christy, LA Loc & Crown was created to provide intentional space for self-expression, representation, and economic empowerment. The brand centers Black identity through hair, art, and community-driven experiences while uplifting small businesses and creatives.
