The development of large and mega AI data centers can require significant amounts of land, electricity, water, roads, transmission infrastructure and other community resources.
For many communities, this conversation is about more than technology. It is about resources, local businesses, residents and the future of the community itself.
This Is Not an Anti-AI Movement
The Grass Roots initiative is not opposed to artificial intelligence or technological advancement. AI will be an important part of America's future, and communities should have the opportunity to participate in and benefit from that future.
