SURBITON, U.K. - TelAve -- Long Ditton, Surrey — A new wellbeing workshop is coming to Long Ditton this January, offering local residents a calm and restorative space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with their inner balance.

Awaken The Energy Within will take place on Sunday 25 January 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at Long Ditton Village Hall. The three-hour session combines gentle Qi Gong movement, breathwork, and sound healing to support relaxation, nervous-system regulation, and renewed energy.

Hosted by Bright Beings Academy, the workshop is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. No prior experience is required, and all practices are designed to be accessible, supportive, and grounded.
