The establishment of this role marks an exciting milestone in the company's growth and success as it enters its third decade. Schulties will report directly to CEO and Founder Monica C. Smith.

As COO, Schulties will establish policies, processes and procedures that promote Smith's vision and be responsible for agency-wide operational processes to ensure profitability and revenue stability.

Schulties has also cultivated an extensive knowledge in servicing DTC and retail brands for a variety of industries, making her an excellent fit for leadership in both inbound marketing and securing new business opportunities.

Marketsmith is also excited to announce the promotion of Suzanne Ciamillo to Senior Vice President of Client Performance. In her new role, she will act as a spokesperson for the agency, bringing to bear her extensive client-side knowledge to ensure organic growth by providing client solutions and taking ownership not only of their success, but of the agency's overall success as well. She will report directly to Bochicchio.
