JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - TelAve -- The Monique Burr Foundation for Children (MBF) proudly announces the appointment of Mary Anne Tuohy Jolly as Chief of Staff.

In this position, Jolly provides enterprise level leadership, strategic direction, operational oversight, and coordination of MBF's external relationships in Florida. She serves as a liaison with MBF's leadership and staff, encouraging engagement and working collaboratively on initiatives that support MBF's short and long-term growth.

A strategic leader with a track record of partnering with executive leadership to drive initiatives, elevate organizational performance, and achieve mission-driven impact, Jolly brings 15 years of management experience to MBF. Prior to joining MBF, Jolly worked for eight years at Jacksonville University. Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff to JU's Senior Vice President of External Affairs, overseeing University advancement, marketing and communications, and external engagement. Jolly is a graduate of Florida State University and The Bolles School.

The Monique Burr Foundation for Children develops and delivers age-appropriate, evidence-based prevention programs designed to equip young people with the knowledge and skills to recognize and respond to unsafe situations. By intervening early, MBF's programs work to break the cycle of polyvictimization – addressing not only child safety but also walking alongside them in how to build healthy relationships over their lifetime. Over the last 29 years, MBF has reached 22 million children in 42 states and six countries, including Puerto Rico, Canada, New Guinea, the Czech Republic, South Korea, Bermuda, and the Cayman Islands. MBF has trained over 10,000 facilitators on MBF prevention education programs in schools, after-school organizations, and sports programs.
