The new Public Benefit Corporation establishes a dedicated philanthropic arm for the deep tech innovator, cementing its commitment to funding community health, education, and welfare initiatives in the American interior.
BRANSON, Mo. - TelAve -- Metavalis Inc, the rising Biotech and Artifical General Intelligence venture scaling a top 1% global Crunchbase rank, today announced the official formation of the Metavalis Foundation.
Incorporated in the State of Missouri as a legally recognized Public Benefit Corporation, the entity has been officially granted its 501(c)(3) foundational infrastructure by the Internal Revenue Service.
Organized exclusively for charitable purposes, the Metavalis Foundation operates alongside the for profit Metavalis Inc. deep tech engine. The Foundation is structurally designed to make targeted distributions to exempt organizations, bridging the gap between next generation technology and local socioeconomic welfare.
"Building Artificial General Intelligence and engineering genetic therapeutics is only half of the Metavalis mission," stated Jordan Bekemeier, Founder and CEO. "By expanding our corporate footprint to include a dedicated Public Benefit Corporation, we are ensuring that our technological success directly subsidizes community health, education, and welfare.
