DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - TelAve -- Mizner Country Club is taking a proactive approach to employee engagement and workplace well-being, making health, education, and access to benefits central to the overall employee experience.

The Club recently hosted its annual Employee Fit Fair, bringing together wellness resources, benefits education, and opportunities for employees to focus on their physical and personal well-being. The initiative is part of Mizner's broader commitment to fostering a workplace culture where employees feel supported, valued, and equipped to thrive on and off the job.

During the Fit Fair, employees had access to complimentary biometric screenings, InBody body-composition assessments, chair massages, facials, stretching, yoga, and nutrition consultations. The event also featured healthy meals and snacks, green juices, wellness-focused merchandise, and raffle prizes.

An important component of the event was benefits education. Representatives from UnitedHealthcare, Mutual of Omaha, the Club's GAP Plan, and Everhart Advisors, which provides 401(k) retirement planning services, were available to answer employee questions and help team members better understand the resources available to them.

The Fit Fair is part of Mizner's broader employee engagement strategy, which encompasses professional development and education, health and wellness initiatives, improved employee meals and snacks, and comprehensive employee benefits.
