Multiple Janitorial Contracts Completed by Summit Building Services, Inc
TelAve News/10543977
BALTIMORE - July 16, 2018 - TelAve -- Summit Building Services, Inc. has recently completed several large and comprehensive building services contracts for businesses in central Maryland. From post construction cleanup to floor scrubbing to pressure washing to window and carpet cleaning, Summit was busy doing it all.
Summit just completed a massive floor cleaning project for Atlantic Lift in Hanover, Maryland. The project included stripping and waxing 40,000 sq ft of VCT tile. The facility was used by a large corporation as a parts distribution center until they vacated. The floor showed severe wear by their contant use of fork lifts on it. Large caked-on spots of rubber from the fork lift tires were left everywhere. Summit was able to remove all the damage and repair and wax the floor. With hard work and the help of an Aztech Sidewinder to cut through dirt, grime, and adhered rubber, the floor looked new again.
