Names Are Not Important: A Literary Novel Told Without a Single Named Character
TelAve News/10897078
Told through unnamed characters and fragmented, lyrical prose, Names Are Not Important explores identity, memory, trauma, and human connection. The debut literary novel releases October 1, 2026 from Villa Sova Press.
HOUSTON - TelAve -- Villa Sova Press announces the upcoming release of Names Are Not Important, a debut literary novel told without a single named character, by author and creative Jen Lee.
Through fragmented, intimate prose, the novel follows a woman reckoning with memory, identity, grief, and the emotional residue left by human connection over time. Rather than centering names or fixed identities, Names Are Not Important examines how relationships, family, trauma, and experience gradually shape — and sometimes obscure — the self.
