Award Recognizes netElastic vBNG Software for Driving Network Virtualization
SANTA CLARA, Calif. - TelAve -- netElastic today announced that Intel® Network Builders has recognized netElastic vBNG with the Winners' Circle Gold Level Award. The Winners' Circle Awards are dedicated to Intel partners who have been working to accelerate network transformation. This is the fourth year in a row that netElastic has been named to the Intel Winners' Circle.
netElastic vBNG was awarded Gold Status for its ability to improve network scalability and the customer experience by separating subscriber management software from proprietary hardware. This enables broadband service providers to quickly turn up additional network capacity without having to manually upgrade existing routers or purchase new routers to overcome capacity constraints.

Earlier this year, netElastic and Intel collaborated on tests of netElastic vBNG using 3rd Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors. Test results showed that netElastic and Intel have significantly increased the performance level for vBNGs, having reached 770 Gbps throughput.
